The UNCLOBBER Initiative teaches and advocates for better beliefs about the Bible, sexuality,

and gender.

I have been teaching UnClobber and doing inclusive ministry since 2012.

But in 2023 it became some of my full-time work thanks to donors and churches who share the vision for a more inclusive, affirming, and loving world.

Our flagship program, the UnClobber Workshop, is a One Day intensive program designed to dive deep on the clobber passages and demonstrate what the Bible does (and does not say) about homoesxuality.
Colby travels the country to speak to churches and groups, large and small, in order to spread the message of God’s love and grace for all.

UnClobber continues to be one of the go-to resources for churches when they begin the process of moving toward full affirming of our LGBTQ siblings.
Colby helps to guide and mentor pastors and leaders who not only are becoming affirming themselves, but who are ready to take their churches toward full inclusion.

For those who cannot attend in person workshops, we also provide the Online UnClobber Courses, designed for individuals and groups to learn at their own pace.
There are so many different ways we work to resource people and churches for Better Beliefs including: online articles, books, PDF cheat sheets, YouTube videos, and more.
